With more than a decade of experience in video production and social media management, Shannon Guirl previously worked as a freelance editor in New York on broadcast, cable and documentary productions for NBC, A&E, Discovery Channel, CNN and Reuters among others.

She has also worked in corporate communications on productions for UNICEF, TED Talks and Etsy and is a graduate of the Critical Studies Program from the University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts.
