Peppermint Bark Martini

Chocolate martinis are delightfully retro, and here’s a creamy spin on the classic that tastes just like boozy white chocolate peppermint bark, complete with a crushed peppermint candy rim. Break this one out for your holiday get-togethers; it also pairs well with corny Christmas movies, cozy fireplaces, and snowy evenings.
1 mini candy cane or starlight mint, crushed
1 ½ ounces white chocolate liqueur
½ ounce peppermint Schnapps
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces half and half
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy onto a saucer or small plate, and a sprinkle of water on another saucer. Dip your martini or coupe glass in the water, then into the crushed peppermint to coat the rim.
- Fill a martini shaker with ice, then add the cocktail ingredients. Shake until frothy, then pour into your prepared glass.
